Pre-Columbian figures, stoneware, animals collected around Mexico City 40's-50's

Here we have a wonderful and varied collection of Pre-Columbian pottery, figures, statuary, and jewelry pieces collected with government permission during the late 40's and early 50's at several dig sites in and around Mexico city.   There are over 400 pieces of which we are representing and selling 26 today.    You are bidding on any one of the 26 items marked and photographed today.   Because of the number of items, photos are limited.  I am happy to send additional photos of any of the pieces you may be interested in.  They are basically in as found condition with some rudimentary cleaning done on them before collection.  A number of larger intact pieces were retained by the Mexican government to be housed in the National Collection and duplicates were created for export to the United States.  Please identify the specific numbered item you are bidding on or putting an offer on so that I may amend the listing and keep it updated.   If the photos are still showing the item, it is still available unless the list shows a specific number item no longer available.    See photos to answer most questions and make an informed decision before making a bid or offer and ask what you need and I will try to provide answers about the product.   Proceeds from this and all other sales help to supplement my science classroom purchases of materials and equipment.   Thank a teacher and shop generously and let your friends know about seller       esteem1.   While prices are very competitive they are still mostly negotiable as some funds beat no funds for my class.    Have a great day.  Damien
